TWO DROWN OFF SOHAR COAST

Two Omanis have drowned off the Majees village coast in the wilayat of Sohar, the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulances (PACDA) announced on its Twitter handle.
PACDA said its emergency response centre received a call that two persons were missing off the Majees village coast upon which its rescue teams rushed to the site.
PACDA said that the two had died before they could be rescued.
